How to Fix "No Internet Access" Errors

  1. Confirm other devices can't connect.
  2. Reboot your PC.
  3. Check the LAN cable if properly attached on the LAN port at back of you computer.
  4. Check the the LED lights (if blinking  its normal. if not kindly re-attached the LAN Cable to LAN port of the computer
  5. Run the Windows network troubleshooter.
  6. If those step not resolving your case. Kindly contact your  System Administrator
