After submitting a ticket on our Helpdesk Support, a confirmation email, with a subject of Welcome to Logic8 Support helpdesk, will be sent to your email.
Here, you will see your credentials for Logic8 Helpdesk Support.
If the email is not in your primary inbox, try looking at your Spam Messages then click Report not spam.
To login on Helpdesk Support:
1. Go to: https://support.logic8.io/
2. Click Login.
3. Enter your email address and your password. (The one sent in your email)
4. Click Sign In.
You will now see your support tickets!
In this dashboard, you can see the update on your tickets, its status and its history. You may also submit another ticket here and update your profile too!
