How to Create New User Account on Ninetails

- On your web browser, go to your ninetails local.
- Enter your username and password then click Login.
- Go to Manage User and Role > Users.
- Click Create New User.
- Enter the Username, Password, Full Name and Email.
- Select the role.
- Click Register.
